CATALOG COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course involves a study of the major statutes and agencies created by Congress to regulate business. Topics include environmental law, intellectual property law, employment law including employment discrimination, labor management relations, and antitrust law. This course also includes a study of real property law, agency law, and business organizations, with the emphasis on corporations and partnerships.
