| Statement of Purpose |
| The Strategic Plan Committee was implemented in April 2005. Its Presidential charge is to:
• Develop a future vision and long-range plan that provides quality educational programs and services and address the economic and workforce needs of Greater Hartford.
The Committee is responsible for formulating a five-year strategic plan, communicating the plan and evaluation processes, and making recommendations for prioritization of initiatives based on various College assessment processes. The Committee will solicit input from college governance committees and College at large in formation and/or modifications to the plan.
