Sophia Gray graduated from Capital Community College with the class of 2001. She received degrees for Liberal Arts and Computer Information System at Capital and a Bachelor’s degree for Management Information System from Central Connecticut State University in 2004. She believes that Phi Theta Kappa and Capital Community College played a significant role in the development of her leadership skills, and will forever be grateful for the experience. Some of the things which keeps her busy are; The Foundation Board at Capital Community College, Literacy Volunteers of Greater Hartford, Capital Community College Alumni Association, NERA (New England Region Alumni Association) and the World Missions Board Committee at her church. A group of 10 from her church formed a work crew that went to Biloxi Mississippi in November to help rebuild from Hurricane Katrina. In her spare time (Ha, Ha) she likes hiking, inline skating, bike riding and reading. She strongly encourages ALL Alumni to GET Involved and Stay Connected!
