Customer Service and Hospitality Training Center (CSHTC)
The Customer Service and Hospitality Training Center (CSHTC) is a unique, innovative teaching facility serving the State. Field-tested programs combine classroom training with hands-on experience in a simulated call center and hospitality environments. The curriculum is developed in collaboration with corporate customer service and hospitality experts and is endorsed by Connecticut employers.
The CSHTC prepares intervals to enter into and advance in the fast-paced and rapidly growing field of customer service and hospitality. Highly skilled customer service and hospitality professionals are needed in financial services, health care, travel and tourism, restaurant, lodging, performing arts, manufacturing and telecommunications businesses.
