Equipment Closet
Centinel Hill Hall Auditorium
At the front of the auditorium stands a lectern with a built-in gooseneck microphone. All other presentation equipment is secured in a locked closet near the front auditorium exit. You will need to access this closet in order to set-up and use the presentation system.
Inside the closet stands a tall equipment rack containing a DVD/CD Player, a VHS VCR, and assorted switching and amplification equipment. Most of this equipment does not need to be touched. In fact, it should all be left "ON" so it is ready to use.
Next to this rack is a short file cabinet with three drawers containing the wireless clip-on microphone, four handheld microphones, and the desk stands for the handhelds. Next to this cabinet you should also see four floor stands for the handhelds.
The Document Camera is stored in the closet on a cart, and can be rolled out to the Lectern and connected there for display.
The Crestron Control Panel is also stored in the closet when not in use, and is the first piece of equipment you must connect to activate and control the rest of the system.
Upon entering the equipment closet, you can begin to prepare for your presentation:
