System Shutdown

When you have finished your presentation, you must shutdown the system. On the Crestron Control Panel, press the button in the bottom left corner labeled System Shutdown. You will see the message: "Are you sure you want to shut the system down?" Press YES, and the Projector will turn off, while the Projection Screen will retract into the ceiling. If the Projection Screen does not retract, press the Screen Controls button, then the UP button.

Now you may disconnect any equipment you have used for your presentation. If you used the Document Camera or Wireless Microphones, return them along with the Crestron Control Panel to the Equipment Closet. You are responsible for ensuring that ALL equipment is properly returned and secured. DO NOT leave equipment unsecured and unattended in the Auditorium.

Please clean up the Lectern, taking all of your materials with you.
