If the SeeItNow videos stutter or lock-up while playing, or if you hear it but don't see the image, you probably need to adjust the connection settings in the RealPlayer software (be sure you are using the recommended version of RealPlayer; see links above or to the left). After adjusting your settings as recommended below, you may have to quit RealPlayer and restart it for the new settings to take effect. Windows/PC Users In RealPlayer 10.5 for Windows, go to Tools > Preferences and check the Connection category. Set the options to whatever matches your internet connection speed (on-campus settings shown in image below, your home settings probably are different). 
In RealPlayer 10 for Mas OS X, go to RealPlayer > Preferences and click the Connection category. Set the options to whatever matches your internet connection speed (sample DSL settings shown in image below).
