QUESTION MARK AND QUOTATION MARKS
Languages differ in the way they punctuate sentences, and the use of question marks and quotation marks in English can cause particular confusion.

Do not put one at the beginning.

How does the verb help us to know that this is a question?
|quotation marks||Put them above the line, on both sides of the words being quoted, curling inward to enclose the quote.|
Do not forget the set at the end of the quotation.
