QUESTION MARK AND QUOTATION MARKS

Languages differ in the way they punctuate sentences, and the use of question marks and quotation marks in English can cause particular confusion.
Mark Rule Examples
question markPut it at the end of the question only.
Do not put one at the beginning.
Do you understand?
How does the verb help us to know that this is a question?
quotation marksPut them above the line, on both sides of the words being quoted, curling inward to enclose the quote.
Do not forget the set at the end of the quotation.
