Complete Home Medical Guide The Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons provides the
Third Revised Edition of this resource, originally published in 1985. The

The Virtual Hospital, from University of Iowa, particularly good on imaging facilities (some material for UofI students only).

Hospital have made available the 1997 edition of this massive (2000 page) HIV textbook.
